Commercial use of my work of any kind is strictly prohibited. Clients may not claim the artwork as their own.

I reserve the right to adjust and alter this TOS at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and clients will be made aware of TOS alterations.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the work I make. I reserve the right to repost, display, and sell my work. Rights to characters and other intellectual properties will not be/are not claimed whatsoever.

Clients may not claim my work as their own or utilize my work for anything other than their own personal use. MY WORK IS NOT TO BE UTILIZED FOR ANY AI LEARNING.

Commercial use or redistribution of my work without prior discussion is prohibited. The conditions of purchasing commercial rights to my work are to be discussed thoroughly. Expect industry rates and contracts. Credit is still required for usage of my work at all times.

Alteration of my work without my consent is prohibited, with the exception of cropping/resizing.

I reserve the right to decline orders without explanation or refuse work from any person at any time.

By ordering a commission you confirm that you are of legal age (18+).

Failure to thoroughly read this TOS or abide by the TOS rules will result in termination of the order without refund and blacklisting of the client.

All payments are to be made via PayPal, upfront and in full. Invoices will be sent to the client and payment is expected within 24hrs, unless previously discussed otherwise.

Payment plans for orders over $120 are available and must be discussed.

Refunds can be requested at any time. If a refund is requested during the creation process, the available refunded amount will be calculated depending on the progress completed.

Full refunds are only available before the start of the creation process.

I withhold the right to terminate orders and refund the client at any time.

Chargebacks filed will result in public blacklisting of the client. Your right to anything created will be retracted completely.

Clients will receive a sketch for approval and revision if necessary. The client may only receive 2 revisions before additional costs are incurred. Costs will depend on the type of commission ordered + complexity of the revisions.

If a deadline is desired, it must clearly be communicated and agreed upon before payment is made. Deadlines will affect pricing and may result in termination of potential orders.

Commissions are not given any deadline unless previously discussed. Turnaround varies.

Clients are welcome to regular updates if desired.

Clients may contact me via Discord for the quickest response time. Contact may also be made via Twitter DMs, Tumblr IMs, DeviantART note, and/or email, but may not receive an immediate response.

Customer satisfaction is key. Be clear in what is being ordered. Minor alterations, such as small coloring mistakes or stray lines, will be changed upon client's request at no charge.

Commissions are open sporadically. Quotes are available at all times, even if commissions are closed. Quotes expire after 1 month.

Please respect my working schedule. I am not at liberty to share my working hours, but I am a manager in retail and, as such, must divide my time according to importance.

My private contact information, such as cell numbers, will not be shared with clients.

I work in my style and my style alone. Imitating another artist's art style is out of the question. I am under the impression that clients have chosen my work because they enjoy it for what it is. Chibis and certain aesthetics (cute, dark, etc.) are allowed within the limitations of my own style.
